MDP Chair Election

Recently, the Chair of the Maryland Democratic Party, Ken Ulman, announced that he will be stepping down from his role. The Chair serves as the presiding officer of the Maryland Democratic State Central Committee, the party’s governing body.

 

On June 21st, members of local central committees will elect a new chair to lead the party. In an effort to educate young people and shed light on how our party operates, YDM will be hosting forums to spotlight the candidates and their plans for engaging and empowering young Democrats.
